We may collect two categories of information from you, Personal Information and Non-Personal Information, each of which is described below.
Personal identification information

While we may collect Personal Information from you, we may also authorize our Integrated Sites to collect Personal Information from you with your consent. For example, if you make a purchase through a third-party ticketing platform to one of our events, you may be asked for payment information as part of the transaction. That information may or may not be shared and/or stored by us. You are encouraged to review the privacy practices of any Integrated Site.
Users may, however, visit our Site without submitting any Personal Information. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Personal Information that we collect depends on how you use the Site. For example, by registering for an account, we may collect certain information to enable the account setup, such as username, name, email address and other clearly stated items during the account setup process. If you place an order through our Site, we may collect additional information like shipping and billing address and financial information like credit card number, expiration date, security code and other billing information to permit us to process payments for items you purchase through the Site. Providing your Personal Information to us is your choice. If you choose not to provide us with certain Personal Information, you may not be able to take advantage of certain features of the Site, may not be able to create an account, and may not be able to make purchases from the Site.
If you purchase tickets to an event or other Products through our Site your payment will be processed through an Integrated Site. We may utilize Ticketfly.com, eTix, AXS, ticketweb.com and Eventbrite.com, and other online and offline platforms to process ticking transactions. We use Shopify to process Product sales from our Site. You understand and agree that those Integrated Sites have their own privacy policies and that any Personal Information provided to purchase event tickets Products, or other Services are subject to the applicable Integrated Site privacy policy and other terms of use. Users may be able to purchase certain recurring subscriptions through the Site (“Subscriptions”). By purchasing a subscription through the Site, you agree that Riot Fest may acquire your Personal Information on a recurring basis until your Subscription is cancelled.
Non-personal identification information
We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site, an Integrated Site, purchase a Product or Service, or otherwise engage with Riot Fest or the Site. Non-personal identification information includes information that cannot be used by us to personally identify you, even if it may specifically be about you, such as anonymous usage data, general demographic information, ISP utilized to access our Site, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, preferences you may submit to us and preferences that are generated based on the data you submit, number of clicks, and similar technical information, your social and purchase habits (for example how frequently you attend live events or interact with Riot Fest or Riot Fest acts). We automatically receive information about your interactions with our Site, such as the pages or other content you view, the products you search for or purchase, and the dates and times of your visits, to help us understand how you use our Sites and App, help us improve our Sites and App, and provide you information about our Sites. We also use this information for analytics purposes. Web Browser Cookies
As with many other websites, the web servers used to operate the Site may automatically collect certain data pertaining to you, including your location, computer operating system, Internet Protocol (IP) address, access times, browser type and language, and the website you visited before or after visiting our Site. Our Site may use “cookies” to enhance User experience and collect Non-Personal Information. A cookie is a small text file which includes an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to a User’s web browser from our servers, which are then placed on their hard drive for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information about them. Sending a cookie to a User’s browser enables Riot Fest to collect Non-Personal Information about a User and keep a record of the User’s preferences when utilizing our Site and Services, both on an individual and aggregate basis. Riot Fest may use both persistent and session cookies. Our Site also makes use of web browser cookies and tracking pixels for our business purposes, for example to display ads across the Google display network, utilizing social network functionalities (for example, we may use tracking pixels on platforms such as TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, and others to provide a personalized user experience), remarketing, to display ads based on users search history and past browsing history of the Site. We may use web beacons (a.k.a. clear GIFs, web bugs or pixel tags) to personalize your experience of the Site and Services and to generate information about traffic and trends. Please note that we currently do not employ technology that recognizes “do-not-track” signals and do not accept them at this time.
How we use collected information
Riot Fest Corporation may collect and use Users Personal Information and Non-Personal Information for the following purposes:

SMS Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. We may periodically offer you the opportunity to sign up to receive SMS text messages from us. By clicking the box or advertisement to sign up for one or more text messaging programs, you expressly consent to receive non-marketing and marketing text messages from Riot Fest and others texting on our behalf, including text messages made with a third -party IP service at the telephone number(s) that you provide. You may opt-out of these communications at any time, and consent to receive marketing text messages is not required to purchase any Products or Services or use the Site. We may use a third-party IP service to deliver text messages to you which are intended to provide you with information about us, our Services, Products and the Site, upcoming company-sponsored events, shows, promotions, product launches, sweepstakes, and contests and other items which we feel may be of interest to you based on your use of the Site.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received from us, as provided in your mobile telephone service rate plan (please contact your mobile telephone carrier for pricing plans), in addition to any applicable roaming charges. We do not impose a separate fee for sending or receiving text messages.
How to Opt-In
To opt-in to receive text messages from a Riot Fest text messaging program, please follow the instructions provided by the specific advertising or offer from which you wish to receive messages. We will clearly describe what you are signing up for and how frequently you can expect text messages related to the campaign you sign up for when you elect to opt-in
How to Opt-Out
To stop receiving text messages from a specific text messaging program, text STOP to the phone number for the text messaging program from which you no longer wish to receive message (i.e., the ten-digit number from which its text messages are being sent). You will then receive confirmation of your opt-out of that text messaging program. This will only opt you out of the specific text messaging program associated with that ten-digit number. You will remain opted in to other Riot Fest text messaging programs, if applicable.
Your Mobile Telephone Number
You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile telephone number(s) that you provide. You agree to indemnify Riot Fest and our affiliates in full for all claims, expenses, and damages related to or caused in whole or in part if you provide us with an inaccurate number or by your failure to notify us if you change your telephone number, including, but not limited to, all claims, expenses, and damages related to or arising under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and other applicable laws.
Access or Delivery to Mobile Network is Not Guaranteed
Delivery of information and content to a mobile device may fail due to a variety of circumstances or conditions. You understand and acknowledge that network services, including but not limited to mobile network services, are outside of Riot Fest’s control, and we are not responsible or liable for issues arising from them.

Eligibility
To receive text messages from us, you must be a resident of the United States and 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to require you to prove that you are at least 18 years of age.
Termination of Text Messaging
We may suspend or terminate your receipt of text messages from us if we believe you are in breach of these SMS Terms and Conditions, of any other aspect of our Privacy Policy or Terms and Conditions. Your receipt of Riot Fest text messages is also subject to termination in the event that your mobile telephone service terminates or lapses. We do not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children under 13 without prior verifiable parental consent. Rights of EU Residents
